Remuneration: We pay our engineers well above market value but in return, we expect high-performance, commitment and ownership of the platform. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
- OTE: base + bonuses of up to $200K/year
- Base: $100 to $180K + Super
- Bonus/Commission: Quarterly Bonuses of up to $50K / year
- Share Options: You might be offered share options after 6 months
- Yearly Salary Review: Your salary will be reviewed every year
The ideal person will have University degree have between 3+ years of commercial experience working with JAVA based technologies in either frontend or backend.
To Be Successful You Must Have:
- Good commercial experience of Core Java/JEE
- Good understanding of Mobile App Development
- Good commercial experience of SQL
- Good understanding of web servers such as Tomcat, Apache, WildFly etc.
Desirable Technical Skills
- Mobile App development
- REST, SOAP etc.
- AWS Ops experience
- WordPress and PHP
