About The Role And The Person
The role is ideal for a talented junior journalist with up to 5 years of experience and who wants to move into an in-house role and take on more responsibility, becoming part of the leadership team and get rewarded for their team commitment and effort. They would learn content marketing, PR, SEO, Video and become a multi-faceted and world-class content marketing specialist.
This is a full-time position paying between $60K and $75K/pa as a base (depending on experience) and up to 120k/pa OTE. The OTE is made up of the base and quarterly bonuses. In addition to the base and bonuses, the successful candidate can be offered Share Options in the company if they meet a certain set of KPI(s) that are based on commitment, attitude, their contribution to the culture of the company as well as excelling at their specific role.
To Be Successful In This Role You Must:
- Have a University degree In Journalism / PR / Media or equivalent
- Proven and successful Journalism or writing experience
- Already have had work published
- Have the passion for writing & content development
- Have strong writing talent and skills
- Be super motivated and driven
- Be extremely professional
It's Advantageous If You Have Experience In:
- Social Media Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
