Remuneration: We pay our team well above market value but in return, we expect high-performance, commitment and ownership of the platform. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
- Base: Up to $80K base + Super depending on experience.
- Bonus/Commission: Quarterly Bonuses
- OTE: Up to $120K / Year depending on experience.
- Share Options: You might be offered share options after 6 months
- Yearly Salary Review: Your salary will be reviewed every year
About The Role And The Person
The ideal person would have experience in either SaaS account management/sales, software account management/sales or recruitment-agency account management/sales or experience as an HR recruiter. However, we're happy to consider any professional who has the right attitude and can convince us that they can excel in this role and contribute to the team culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping your client patch happy and therefore renewing their contracts
- Generating extra revenue from your patch from adopting more features
- Potential training
