About The Person
The ideal candidate would come from a SaaS sales background with 5 to 15 years of relevant experience. They need to be creative and self-motivated to own the role and their patch. The BDM will be joining a world-class sales team and will be supported by a technical team for all technical aspects of the product and the solutions. They need to bring their focus, experience, and their hunger for success and in return, they will get back personal growth, will have a seat at the table, and will receive a well-above-market remuneration package depending on how hard they're willing to work - uncapped earning potential and the sky is the only limit! Remuneration: We pay our team well above market value but in return, we expect high performance, commitment, and ownership of the platform. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
- Base: Up to $130K/Year (depending on experience)
- OTE: Up to $250K/Year
- Share Options: Potential for share options after 6 months
- Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Converting inbound inquiries into sales opportunities
- New customer acquisition via outbound calling and other channels
- Nurturing, demoing, servicing, negotiating, and closing opportunities
- Sales pipeline management and achievement of KPI’s and targets
