About The Person
The ideal person would have between 3 to 10 years working in either the tech or the recruitment industries and in roles like client success, support, business analyst, pre-sales support/consultant, sales, account management... etc.
About The Role
This is one of the most exciting SaaS-based, Technical Client Success / Support roles in the world, where you'll be working on the same floor with Salespeople, Account Managers, Tech Support people... as well as the engineers that build the product.

Remuneration: We pay our team well above market value but in return, we expect high-performance, commitment and ownership of the platform. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
- Base: $65K to $120K/Year (depending on experience)
- OTE: Up to $180K/Year
- Share Options: You might be offered share options after 6 months
- Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year
