Remuneration: We pay our engineers well above market value but in return, we expect high performance, commitment and ownership of the platform. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
- Base: $60K to $80K / annum + Super
- Bonus: Quarterly Bonuses of up to $20K / annum
- Base + Bonus: Up to $110K / annum
- Share Options: Shares with a value of about $50K are also offered
- Yearly Salary Review: Your salary will be reviewed every year
The ideal person will have a University degree and has between 1+ years of commercial experience working with JAVA based technologies in either frontend or backend.
To Be Successful You Must Have:
- Solid commercial experience in React, React Native or Node JS
- Good commercial Mobile App Development
- Good understanding of Core Java/JEE
- Good understanding experience of SQL
- Good understanding of web servers such as Tomcat, Apache, WildFly etc.
Desirable Technical Skills
- Solid Mobile App development
- Solid Java backend experience
- REST, SOAP etc.
- AWS Ops experience
