The main responsibilities of this role are
- Research and identify opportunities through qualifying warm leads
- Call/email qualified leads to assist them with any initial sales requests they have
- If and when needed be proactive and supplement your warm leads with your own research and business development based leads
- Service and nurture opportunity funnel and start closing
- Updating and maintaining CRM ensuring accurate and useful information for the future
- Sales pipeline management and achievement of KPI’s and targets
- Staying up to date with the product so you can recommend the right solutions
You would receive a base salary between $60K and $90K per year + Super, depending on your experience, as well as a quarterly commission. The commission is uncapped and we expect the successful person to achieve an OTE between $120K to $180K.
What you must have
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- A pleasant & calm phone manner
- Proven customer service or selling experience either B2C or B2B
- Competent computer skills in word, excel and email.
- A hunger for achieving results
- Ability to build rapport over the phone and maintain relationships
