Remuneration: We pay our engineers well above market value but in return, we expect high performance, commitment and ownership of the platform. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
- Base: $60K to $120K / annum + Super
- Bonus: Quarterly Bonuses of up to $20K / annum
- Share Options: Shares options as signup bonus worth $50K
- Yearly Salary Review: Your salary will be reviewed every year
The ideal person will have a University degree have between 1+ years of commercial experience working with JAVA based technologies in either frontend or backend.
To Be Successful You Must Have:
- Good commercial experience of Core Java/JEE
- Good commercial experience of SQL
- Good understanding of web servers such as Tomcat, Apache, WildFly etc.
- Good REST, SOAP etc.
- Good commercial experience in React or React Native
- Good understanding of Mobile App Development
Desirable Technical Skills
- Solid UX
- Solid React
- Solid Mobile App development
- AWS Ops experience
- WordPress and PHP
