About The Person

The ideal person would be an IT graduate with experience between 0 to 3 years of working in either the tech or the recruitment industries and in roles like client success, support, business analyst, pre-sales support/consultant, sales, account management... etc.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Taking phone calls
  • Triage issues from phone and emails
  • Managing and resolving tickets
  • Customer Service
  • AWS hosting Infrastructure Management / Monitoring Tasks

 

To be successful in this role, you would

  • Excellent oral and written English
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and in-person
  • IT-related degree from University or TAFE
  • Sound knowledge of HTML
  • Sound knowledge of Graphics tools like Photoshop
  • Have a keen interest in web technologies
  • The ability to work independently
  • Energy and drive to succeed
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Ability to work under pressure 

 

You will be provided with
