Remuneration: We pay our team well above market value but in return, we expect high-performance, commitment and ownership of the platform. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
- Base: Up to $60K base + Super depending on experience.
- Bonus/Commission: Quarterly Bonuses
- OTE: Up to $75K / Year depending on experience.
- Share Options: You might be offered share options after 6 months
- Yearly Salary Review: Your salary will be reviewed every year
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone
- Triaging calls and directing calls
- Helping with light support issues as you learn
- Full office management responsibility
- Managing about 15 vendors such as water, flowers, fruit box... etc.
- Many interesting supporting tasks for the marketing team.
