About the MyRecruitment+ Software Platform
MyRecruitment+ is an Australian & NZ HR-Tech platform that's expanding into the US, CA & UK. To start with we require this person (this great person that is) to work from home. Depending on the pace of growth and the COVID situation, we plan on opening an office in Tx and hire 5 people to be based in the office. Although, we're a mature company when it comes to flexible working hours and so even beyond COVID we're still open to negotiate a flexible office-and-home working schedule for our US employees. Note, we already have traction in the US, CA and the UK and so the US employees will not be starting from scratch. They will have a very strong management team to train them, guide them, mentor them and manage them. You'll be able to talk to the Sydney team during a 5-hour window each day, at least and have 5 emergency people that you can call 24/7.

About The Person
The ideal candidate would come from a SaaS-client-success/SaaS-support, account management or sales background it would be a huge plus if they have any HR/recruitment background. They need to have 3+ years of relevant sales experience. They need to be creative and self-motivated to own the role and their patch. They will be joining a world-class sales team and will be supported by a technical team for all technical aspects of the products and solutions. They need to bring their focus, experience and their hunger for success and in return, they will get back personal growth, will have a seat at the table and will receive a well-above-market remuneration package depending on how hard they're willing to work - uncapped earning potential and the sky is the only limit! About The Role
This is a very exciting SaaS Account Manager role, where you'll be working with a group of existing clients and where you're responsible for making sure they're happy and they're renewing their subscriptions as well as looking out for any upsell opportunities.

Remuneration: We pay our team well above market value but in return, we expect high-performance, commitment and ownership of the platform. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
- Base: Up to US$100K/Year (depending on experience)
- OTE: Up to US$150K/Year
- Share Options: You might be offered share options after 6 months
- Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year
